Just got a 2nd hand kite (from a very friendly kiter who gave me great tips).
Now I'm looking for a good spot to train myself and not to disturb others. Any suggestions around Sydney.
Also which wind speed to look for? Any app or website suggestion?
Thanks in advance

Hey Luciano,
This site has pretty good weather info - may be consider setting up an alert for locations near you.

Where do you live?
If you look at the locations and decide where is close then spiral out a bit.

I also look at coast watch but as I live at Narrabeenthat makes sense for me.

Cheers,
Marcus

Much appreciated Marcus, I live in the west of Sydney and was told about Narraben and also botany bay. Are those good locations for learners?
I didn't know that l can set alerts for the areas of interest. I'll check that right now.

Thanks

Botany definitely. Easy to get to along the M5 plus there are places where it is not crowded but still plenty o people around. Have a look at the President avenue end. Here you will find lots o kiters and can watch what they do. After that move down the beach away rom the crowds and practice your skills. Keep away from the rock outcrops (groins).
