I've got a 16.4 Wipika Airblast. wind range of 10kts-11kts. turned into a Paraglider on me at Cairn Curran Reservoir back in 2002. thought a ripple on water was a gust but it was a thermal. 3 up drafts later (each about half kite line length high) then a 360degree fly around followed by a float down.
softest landing ever then kite fell to water(Zero wind).
