I have a 2006 Turbo Diesel. I love this kite but it has one major problem, it seems to turn insideout when i depower too quickly or stack it. I was wondering if this is a common problem? How do i avoid it? and which kites these days don't have this annoying feature?

Very common. The Turbo Diesel was a stability nightmare.

Slingshot did issue a free upgrade kite, that really did help.
Could you send me a PM and I'll check if I still have one?

Most kites that I can think of do not have this issue, at all now.
Any of the major brands, across all their models, are very stable and do not tend to hindenburg, like the turbo diesel did, that upgrade kite did help a lot though.

Steve or anyone else, Could you explain in more details the upgrade kite (kit ?)for this problem Never herd of this in 3 years. Also still having problems occasionally with inverting even after pumping the kite up hard as recommended by other people and (slingshot).
kite invertred the other day had to put it back on the water jiggle the strings to get it to roll back to normal. Then the lines were crossed over so had to come back to shore and start again.
Are the Revs and Rev 2s a much better kite in general or don't they have the power and de-power for a similar sized Turbo dieisal.
thanks Dale
