Quick question as in the market for a new waist harness and can't find any new threads on the subject.
So whats good these days, as haven't brought one for years?
My old one's don't fit me "at the moment" as my guts is in the way

Cheers in advance.

in terms of the best surf waist harness, I couldn't say, but most of the top pros are using sliding spreader bars like the dynabar. So I would guess any comfortable, supportive well fitting harness, combined with a sliding speader bar would do the job nicely.

Yeah I have a slider bar.
I suppose I should rephrase the question too...
What are the top comfortable harness's at the moment that aren't hard as a rock and actually work well?

Dakine renegades are awesome for the surf, they have quite a curved back and can be worn pretty loose. The bar sits low as it has 2 adjustable straps

The new FO kitewaists are pretty good and are big enough that they can slide to the side and still be comfortable. I also tried a mystic code 1 the other day and couldn't believe how tightly they fit with the boa system with absolutely no riding up.
