i want a kite for high wind and the surf, i have a 10m 2011 switchy it doesnt drift that well(but does do everything else well).

unhooking is pretty important too because it will be used for high wind freestyle, havent heard anything about the rally for unhooking.

if i went for a 7m fuel or something is the depower good enough for strapless riding if its a bit gusty.

any opinions/ reviews.

im 75kg moderate level of kiting ability.

i like a fast turning and flying small kite thats still pretty grunty.

it has to be slingshot, cabrinha or airush

6 or 8m RPM sounds like your weapon of choice

Get a Lithium Jake - I've back to backed it with all of the options you've got access to and it comes out on top.

Rally comes a close second and you'll get more of a staff discount.

I have had a bad time unhooking on both the rally and the lithium (wich is fine because they arent designed for it) but I ride my Fuels in the gorge in the US with strong gusty winds strapless skimboard style and never have problems getting pulled off... they just eat the gusts. The RPM is also a very good choice. Prime Unhooking but slightly glitchy for my taste....

My vote from those 3 brands is the Rally 8M, awesomely quick and manouverable kite, excellent in waves, unhooks well, drifts well, no pulleys!
