They have the same outline but the limited is a fair amount stiffer and a lot more responsive. That being said it depends what you want it for, if you want a lot more explosive pop and to ride boots then the limited for sure but if you are just looking for general free ride/freestyle you can't go wrong with the vanguard, both are great upwind

Depends on what you want it for! The Van is definitely a bit softer but the 2015 version does have a bit more carbon in the heelside edge resulting in more response. The Limited is definitely the most response you can get and is exceptionally light. Such a great board for straps! You can't go wrong either way though.. Axis makes a fine product.

Have the 2014 limited, absolutely love this board. Very light and responsive.

The only problem I had was with the Axis straps. I have wide feet and the side of my foot would wedge under the padding on the outside of my foot, very uncomfortable. This was with the Pro straps and pads provided, changed these to Cabrinha H2 backless bindings.

You must have super wide feet! I have that problem on other boards, but not with the Pro pads.

Lazy bones don't you have the same problem with the H2s? They're just a strap thats fixed on one side, aren't they? You could do the same with the Axis pads - I did today, to get my 5mm boots in...

i found the the old OR Bliss straps to be really small, or narrow, with the edge digging into my foot. At first... now they don't, which is weird. I've always liked the Flyboards straps for comfort... but their method of closure has been super naf!

How is limited for carves and back feet direct?
What is the weight of these boards? And what size is better for 85kg rider, on shore, except the main use i like toeside waveriding...
