The only niggle I have is the bar ends are a bit soft. On the demo kite I used the bar ends had bent down and would hardly hold the lines on during winding and unwinding.

The loops would fall off and I would have to deal with tangles of varying levels of severity. It's not too bad but I haven't had a line tangle of any kind for years.

I guess if you own the kite and you are careful you can avoid crushing the bar ends but it's still a little annoying on an otherwise fine product.

If you have ever put your bar through the front of your surfboard you will be happy for the soft bar ends

They are stiffer than last years, which were too soft IMO.
If you still have issues with them wind the lines with less tension, and make sure you slip the bungees over after winding, that way loops will not fall off.

Also it is easy to wind the lines from the back of the bar and then you get no bending of the bar ends.
