No that gap is Sweet.

Remember though depends on what you are riding.

I have riden a 10 Metre and then a 7 Metre Neo in waves.

Bigger board smaller kite.

My mate has the 11 and 8 combo. I have been out on his 8 metre Pivot in some pretty scary winds well above 30 knots and it is really good fun.

I am really suprised by the pivots wind range... especially the 11 metre

8/11 is good. I have 7/9/11/14 pivots, but am trying to change that to 6/8/11 or 7/10. I generally don't have so much time when I am out, and have found that once i have chosen my kite size for the session, that is what I stick with, preferring to change my board instead to adjust to the cobditiond. Of course I will change if it is unsafe though.

I use 8-11m pivots. Good range. Recently I got a north nugget CSC for fun from 14knt. The 8 will get me up to about 28-30 on a twintip.

^^^But 26knots is comfortable with the 8 and a twinny. I'm about 76kg.
