C4s have huge wind range provided you -

1) Use a delicate touch on the bar to sine the kite smoothly for low end, and,

2) Have decent edging skills for top end. The C4s are very very stable and respond to edging more than any other kite I've used, including other Ozones.

My preference is a stiffer board so that I can edge hard without losing too much efficiency through excessive tip flex.

For 14-24 at your weight the 9 or the 10 should do the job. Enjoy!

I'm 80kg and use mine from 18-30knots on a 132 twin tip.
Towards 30knots It gets VERY boosty provided you can lock an edge in or fly off a wave face. Above 30knots I am basically out of control (or at least more so than normal)
You would probably go better on the 8m if you're only 60kg.

i think you can expect a 10 knot wind range comfortably with the c4. sure you will be able to get maybe 15-20 knot range but yourl be underpowered at one end and full trimmed and fully powered at the other.

I can stay upwind as low as 15-16 knots on my 10m but its pretty damn boring until 18-20. over 28 its pretty silly.
