Hi, i would really appreaciate that kind of help:

What would be real 2011 ozone c4 9m wind range for 60kg guy?
I use 132 TT

Could i cover a wind range from 14 to about 24, surely, im talking about moderately powered riding, not overpowered.

C4s have huge wind range provided you -

1) Use a delicate touch on the bar to sine the kite smoothly for low end, and,

2) Have decent edging skills for top end. The C4s are very very stable and respond to edging more than any other kite I've used, including other Ozones.

My preference is a stiffer board so that I can edge hard without losing too much efficiency through excessive tip flex.

For 14-24 at your weight the 9 or the 10 should do the job. Enjoy!

This advice is only partially usefull to you.

I'm 80kg. i used a 2010 9m c4 20-30 knots. I could hold it past 30 bellow 20 if needed.

I now use 2010 10m and use that 18-28 knots.

I'm 80kg and use mine from 18-30knots on a 132 twin tip.
Towards 30knots It gets VERY boosty provided you can lock an edge in or fly off a wave face. Above 30knots I am basically out of control (or at least more so than normal)
You would probably go better on the 8m if you're only 60kg.

What would be the wind range of 8m?
It would be really nice, if i could normally ride from 14-13 to about 30 knots..

i think you can expect a 10 knot wind range comfortably with the c4. sure you will be able to get maybe 15-20 knot range but yourl be underpowered at one end and full trimmed and fully powered at the other.

I can stay upwind as low as 15-16 knots on my 10m but its pretty damn boring until 18-20. over 28 its pretty silly.

^^^ Agreed. Talking about the "survivable" range is pointless.

I kite for fun, not to survive, and yep for my 12 I'd say the really fun range is 16-24 and the 9m, 22-30. As a "sweet" range, this is big compared to a lot of kites. The usable range is double this, but that's why I have 2 kites - so I'm always in the sweet zone in the conditions I get 95% of the time! Mmmm, C4s, sweeeeet.

Probably the most realistic, sensible comment I have read on seabreeze for ages.
