It's great that everyone is cracking boners about the Rebel's. (and it does seem like there is a batch of great new kites this year).

What are you guys gonna do when they release the new Rhino's, which are no longer C kites and going to be the high perf SLE from North.

Don't get me wrong, I am only bagging North for not releasing their product earlier. Flexifoil have also done the same thing.

It would piss me off if any manufatcurer released a new product just after I bought mine. (Although we have to allow for the fact that miost product releases are timed for northern summer.) i do note that cabrinha jumped the gun last year with the crossbow and now a lot of other makers are following, which is awesome. NEw kites earlier.

I dont get into my brand is better than your brand because i dont give a toss. IF someone makes better kites than Cabrinha and these are available to me at the beginning of the Perth summer i will buy them. Rebels, Atoms, Hypertype all look superb but weren't avilable so I didn't look too hard at them.

I do note that lot of north guys who last year were saying bows are crap are now riding Rebels and shouting it from the rooftops like they have just had their first shag. That is just human nature.

Love my new kites and I know next years crop will be even better after they all cheat off each other again. i think this is a great thing just dont understand how the consumers get so brand defensive. i love that makers all compete and cheat off each other. Raise the bar higher means better kites for me.

Brand arguements are for ****.
