Hey guys!
I' m Marine and i just changed from C kites ( that i have been riding for 2 years) to Bow kites.
This is my personel review about the SB2 8 meter!

Spot
Wanda - near Cronulla, NSW

Weather condition
Today's condition was uneasy
- Gusts from 20 to 30knots
- very cold
- 2.50 meter swell

My sensation towards this kite

This was the actual first time that i was using a 8 meter SB2, I have tried the 10 meter and had loved it, but this time I was afraid that like all small kites the 8 would turn faster than usual.
To my surprise the 8 was even better than what i had expected! I was riding my surfboard for the first hour and the bar pressure was lower than all the other Cabrinha bows I have tried.
Even though it was super gusty, I couldn' t feel any pull.
Then for the rest of the session I used my 1.28 Underground twintip board. The conditions were realy unstable, the sea was like a washing machine, I crashed my kite once in between 2 masive waves and I was thinking to myself that this was it, but without even pulling hard on one back line, my kite was in the air in less then a second.

Weigh:55 kg
Board:Underground( 1.28 twintip), Surfboard 5.2
Skill level: Advanced

Thanks to: Hudson(Cabrinha), Adrian(Undergroud boards), Steeve(KitePower) and Marc(blueye sunglasses)

Hi Marine,

Did the 8m feel like the 10m or was it significantly faster?
And how much wind do you need to be comfortably powered on your 128?

Cheers
