Just wondering if anyone has a new hummer waist harness.I have ine uses 5 times but its giving me some pain on left side to the point of using my old warn out apex.Not sure what to do maybe to tifhr to loose any idears thanks.

No issues with mine, I actually switched to this harness after busting a rib.
Sound's like you may have the wrong size for you.

I tried it with out a impact vest and lost most of the problem have been using a north vest zipper down side and has the side straps the harness goes through

I was recommended a hummer from a very good kiter

I use a Hummer, and haven't had an issue with it.. Maybe try and offset your hook to one side instead of center, and see if it makes it better or worse.
