i would fully go and buy one of these kites because they are dirt cheap! i can buy 4 kites for the price of one North kite... whats the bet it will probably out-perform the North kite. Definitely stick with your first thoughts and go buy it. There is a lot of S*it brands out there that rip off customers to the max and there not even a good kite. "As soon as one popular kid gets something, they all follow and the price goes through the roof" as they say back in the day. Huh so my rant is over....

it is out performing some kites of the same size i was at st kilda yesterday and a guy weighing 100 was fully depowered in the wind which was about 25 knots. i launched mine and i weigh 75/80 and was only half way depowered and it felt really comfortable i am growing a lot of confidence inthis kite infact today I brought another one but a 9 m, gotta tell Im happy

Exactly. Some of those top paying kites are seriously no where good as the cheaper brands. My old griffin was better than my newish **ty Rebel. I hate my rebel. Was top dollar and yet isn't even better than my other kites i paid half the price for, if not its worse. North...... head west instead :)

Pitures and the price you paid.
Also pitures of the bar and lines.
If you can't unspin the lines it's outdated.

Like to know which kites it outperformed?

I really like these cheap kites (except for the dodgy looking bar), good for beginners. As a newbie you probably crash your kite a lot. If you destroy it who cares get another one. Once you reach the intermediate level you may or may not look into better performing things ...
