anyone agree switch bars chickenloop wears abnormaly fast? eg. intact by a few threads after around 20 sessions eventhough it is doubled through the bar? has any1 claimed this on warranty? cheers for any feedback...

Are you refering to the depower line, or where the depower line goes through the chicken loop, or the actual chicken loop itself?

Rinsing the salt and sand out of the bar after each session makes a lot of difference to wear.

rub candle wax over the line and it will slow the wear

Yep the first batch of bars did have some sharp edges on the hole in the centre of the bar where the depower rope goes through. I believe the mould was changed on the next batch.
You can buy a new depower rope through their website for $14.50USD and there is a vid showing you how to change it, it's easy as.
Whilst doing it just give the sharp edges a rub with some sand paper and rub some wax on the new line and it will be fine.
