You said you've kited off the West Beach boat ramp but you won't see any Adelaide locals doing that, from what I've seen. Mate, stick to kiting WA where there are "a lot more people kteboarding" and you can get your dick trick cred from wakestylers at your level. You deserve as much.

" dick trick cred " classic line bro

here u r potential aldinga resident by august dick tricking in 8 mph

http://media.putfile.com/skim-handle-pass

can i join ur club and av a badge ???

i remember going upwind - still the biggest trick i ever pulled and keeps me smiling after 3 years kitesurfing

enjoy wot u do - i know id rather go down the line than chuck dangle passes but at the moment im learning to ride a skim

its all fun but nothing is worse than not being able to go upwind

id rather chew danish pastry than compare tick boxes

surfing's fun i guess but its so easy anyone can pull into a wave on a kite and do some turns. id personally feel much more satisfied doing a front mobe or double pull up. is everyone going to the wave nationals then this weekend?

Has anyone who kites in Adelaide realised, the best part about adelaide is that we dont have to compete against each other.
Sure riding with ya mates is always a little competitive but do we brag on the net??? nup.

whether you go fast, jump big, do hooked railys or wave ride its upto you. bindings/straps, directional or buzzboard, surf/skim.
have fun and keep SA what it is. the most chilled place to kite in australia.

Yeah SA's Sick ive been kiting for years. and its depressing to see the sport slowly die out in semaphore, why have so many kiters stopped kiting in the best spot in adelaide?

sadly kiteboarding has been given the "badass" label, often due too our friends from other states.
Its important that we, as a state, stay focused on the real reason for kiting and work with local councils to make it happen in everyones local areas.

We are having a meeting to get the whole SAKSA gig sorted so we have a local association to help self regulate the sport and hopefully stop the bans like semaphore. After the bans are there it is almost always too late. Tuesday March 6th at the Seacliff hotel in the conference room, come down and be a part of the solution.

ALL kiters, this was the only coastal venue that we could find with a private room for us.
