I am moving to QLD (warmer waters) and am selling my unit. 2 bedroom beachfront with garage. Cnr of bower and Esplanade, just opposite the kite beach/rockwall, great location.

still need to tidy up the kites/wetsuits/boards and shovel out the sand/seaweed from the shower before it gets listed. Feel free to come around for a look anytime though

You said you would do anything to forgive yourself from our wipeout at the State Freestyle Titles... Half price for me and i'll clean the sand out of the shower and with another 20% off even your pubes. xxx

Neewbies should learn not to be a tree on the beach, kiter's coming in have right of way over those talking on the beach.

Okay maybe the first price was a bit rich but we had to try. reduced to $290k and would rather take an offer from a kiter than have it as a holiday home and not used. Maybe SAKSA needs a club house!
