Here is the SAKSA Beaches Map.
Depending on the wind direction the only places that i know that are flat water are:
Northerlies - North Haven (The Wall)
Southerlies - Goolwa???
The rest is wind chop, but @ Chicken Shop you can get a decent period of flat water between the chop that you can play with.
