I had a big kite crash on Thursday while wearing boots and trashed my kite.... I called Phil at Phil's Kite Shop and said I'll pop in to drop it off.... Once there Phil gave me the option to hang around for 30 mins and it'll be done. The rip was along strut 2 from trailing edge to leading edge. I thought this was pretty impressive as Phil is normally busy creating masterpieces for the sky....

Every time I need a repair done Phil goes out of his way to turn my kite around within the hour. This means I get to go kiting twice!!

Just want to say thanks to Phil for getting me back on the water so quickly and going out of his way for me. His pricing is really good too.
