Guys,
Please clean and dry your kites before bringing them to us to fix. We can almost do a while you wait service for the smaller tears but not if the kite is wet and sandy. Also I am fed up of sweeping tons of sand out the shop each day. If you give us the kite on the beach just after its ripped fair enough but otherwise dry them out please.
