It is fairly simple to do yourself (apparently). Youtube and Seabreeze searches.

If it is only small, I'm sure someone on here could offer advice. On the other hand, it should not be too expensive!

Hardest bit is finding the leak. A burst bladder with a torn strut is the quickest to find. A slow leak that lets the bladder go soft after a few hours is a royal pain in the arse to find. Getting the bladder in and out is easy in the non one pump kites. The other one pump style kite vary in difficulty. The external rubber hose linking the LEI to the struts are okay except for cabrinhas which have stupid little plastic bits held together with screws that rust up. The internal valve types that connect through the top of the strut are very fiddly.

Basic steps are
1 find the leak
2 put a patch on it from your kites repair kite
3 go kite

if you can find the leak and its near the wingtip or trailing edge you dont have to remove the bladder just pull enough out to get to the hole.

Most bladder repairs at the kiteshop are around $30
