Is South direction a good wind for a noobie at Largs Bay?? what about SE??

I still don't ride, so I'm just practising water start. So it is more like getting up, riding for 10-20 metres maximum and then falling on my arse :P

if its SE at Largs and u can see the sock at the sailing club pointing more off than onshore dont go out
