Hi I am spending this comming weekend 25 - 27 May, in Inneston NP, Southern tip of Yorke Pen.
Anyone experienced any kitting around there? The have promised, what looks like a stable Northerly.
I am still in the learning phase so it would be nice with some flat water.
Looking up google earth - I can see there is plenty of small bays and beaches (can even see the swell) - just wondering if some was better than others(like to go where other kiters are hanging around)- or if there is any restrictions or bans around the place?!

hi peacekeeper, fresh to strong northerlies forecast for the weekend, problem you have is that the southern end of yorkes has limited spots to go to,epecially if your a learner...the local crew will most probably kite flahrteys beach (located between pt.turton and hardwicke bay)...or you could go to say marion bay if the wind doesnt have too much nor'west in it!...note that the western side of southern yorke peninsula is too rugged for your needs...you can kite pondalowie bay but the shorebreak will be too big probably...good luck!

Hey guys am just wondering how many kiters are over on the Southern Yorke Peninsula as i am heading over on the weekend of the 21st of July and am keen to kite with some crew over there. I suppose the best spots would be flahertys or foul bay but where do the locals meet. And where do you go for a bit of wave riding??? Cheers Dale
