Is there any restrictions around the port Noarlunga surf lifesaving club and the river mouth area ? I am planning on hitting it this coming Tuesday

You'd just need to make sure you stay well clear of swimmers and surfers.
I think a south easterly wind could be a bit dodgy coming over the cliffs.

Yep the wind is not right at pt Noarlunga,so Day street Middleton was it for today. Could have done down winder to horseshoe bay from Goolwa car park
