Around 3:15 or just after the tide should be out at the first pole, so assuming there's a seabreeze kicking it's probably the easiest time to go from then on. Most usually set up on the high tide weed and walk out with the kite flying, unless it's too windy. The walk's about 5 minutes but it's easy as- all hard packed sand. Might see you there.
Seriously, it's hard to say. Going by the forecast it could be 20-25knots, maybe more by the time you add for the seabreeze. I've been caught out a few times lately - sometimes the seabreeze blows you out totally and other times it doesn't come in. I'd guess it should be plenty strong but no guarantees.
I live at the next Beach down.. Thompson Beach and am a newbie to kiting…I would appreciate coming down and seeing you guys.. get any tips i can and help launch if required..

Yep, it was well and truly going, wasn't it. I ended up there a bit earlier than I expected. After tacking out through the channel it was strong and flat out the back. Catch you guys there again sometime.
