From Wednesdays swellnet forcast for the mid coast-
"Thu: Very inconsistent 0.5-1ft waves with basically flat conditions inbetween the sets with a small level of local northerly windswell building during the mid to late afternoon. Moderate to fresh NNE winds, swinging more NNW during the afternoon and increasing before going NW during the evening.
Fri: Sloppy 2ft waves all day with the odd bigger set on offer during the afternoon with moderate to fresh WSW winds, swinging more westerly during the day.
Sat: Sloppy 2-3ft waves all day with moderate W/WNW winds ahead of a fresh WSW change during the afternoon.
Sun: Solid but messy 3ft+ waves all day with the bigger sets on the more favourable parts of the tide with moderate to fresh SSW/SW winds all day.
Mon: Easing groundswell with 2-3ft waves all day with moderate W/WNW winds all day"
Wall tomorrow, and then looks like Fri and Sunday could be great on the mid, Monday could be going off down south with 5-6 foot forcast and moderate WNW winds.

Righto Crew!! The forecast is looking sweet for both Saturday and Sunday.

I'm calling a Southport session Saturday, Big, Messy Onshore session on a beachie should be the go after the dawn service. conditions are meant to be improving in the arvo.

As for Sunday, lets get a heap of cars together, 4wd up the southen end of Moana beach and do a solid downwinder to Port Norlunga! Hang out at each of the reef breaks on the way down.. It's gonna be bigger & messier that Saturday, should be spot on! Don't think i've ever had a bad downwinder in waves!! F&*C it, we could get a couple in that day.

Any takers???
