Brady,
This should cover the West Coast side of SA..
As far as the Eyre peninsula goes, your bound 2 score, i was over there for 2 weeks about years ago and rode 10 out of the 14 days. If i were you i'd check out Cactus on your way to Streaky Bay. HAng in Streaky for a while cause there's heaps of spots to ride and surf there, check back beach if your keen for some size.
All along that coast you'll find some awesome spots, chances are you may be the first person to kite there on this earth... A handy book i had whilst travelling over there was somthing like the Aust surf travel guide. Tells you wave types, spots, beach orientation perfect wind direction etc, etc.
Get to Coles point on your way down to Coffin Bay, and you may score a kite if not be sure to throw the Stick in and catch a few at the point. It's a fun little wave with the coolest scenery.
Coffins is really cool in the national park, there's a couple of untouched spots and 7 mile beach which will handle most wind directions.
Port Lincon is fairly out of the way but i reckon you should get down there cause there are a few local crew who ride down there. There's a dude called Easto, he runs his own school and is pritty much the guru down that way, he'll sort you out so be sure to look him up.
On the way back, Whyalla flat water could be an option, she get faily windy up that way. Further along on the York Peninsula first spot checkout Corney Point, only if you really know what you are doing. You need experiance and at least 1 or 2 other crew who are at that level. The rest of Yorks is fairly easy and i reckon you'll be able to suss out the spots. and yeah Pondi would be sick at in the right direction in about 4-5 foot.
Or maybeye when you get to Adelaide you could come for an epic ride on the mighty Mid Coast...
