could some kind soul put some links up for me to look at as i kinda dont know what the masses use to get their wind forecasts from....
my gear has arrived today - just gotta get the million boxes sorted in the house now before i get a pass to hit some beaches....

any recommend best value for money to buy a tv settee and fridge from ?

Cant help you on the fridge and TV. But try bom.gov.au and go to latest observations to find out the latest conditions. Or go to marine forecasts for wind predictions. On where to go,
Direction
N-NW, North haven break wall, Henley or Seaford for waves.
SW front, Seacliff
SW seabreeze, Henley, Grange, Largs Bay (Nth of sailing club)
