forcast is looking good for some wave sessions down at middleton and goolwa this weekend. i will be down there saturday and sunday, if anyone else is down there and up for a few downwinders just reply to this thread. Lincoln
from swellnet.com.au Sat: Small swell at only 1-2ft (maybe 2-3ft at Waits and Parsons), clean N/NW winds very early ahead of a SSW change during the morning. Sun: New WSW ground swell building to 3-4ft, but messy conditions with fresh S/SE winds. Possible 5ft sets at Goolwa where the WSW swell should be more prominent.
A few Southcentral kiteboarders will be down there. We will consider Middleton but with the heat there might be too many swimmers in the Day street area. might need to go up to Cliffs. There is some serious weed at Day street so that might keep swimmers down but if the last few days are any example it will be packed and best avoided.
Play it by ear and check when down. Waits would be nice if the wind did in fact come in to the 15 - 20 knots promised, it might be a little lighter than that though, fingers crossed.
