Hi Guys

Can you recommend any of the kiteboarding schools in Brisbane ?

I have done my trainer kite and ready to start the lessons .
I have got my own kite set should i use my own gear or school ones..
Also whats your opinion on lesson duration ,i am trying to master the kite flying ,safety etc first before i will stand on the board .
Should i get 2hrs lessons first and then get another one when ready or buy 5 hours one ?
Thanks
Greg

Hey Fella , on north side go see John/Reis at Kitepower , or Jason at Bris kites they will answer all your question both top fellas , My friends kids had Reis as an instructor and loved it ,
Or Get Jas himself to do your lesson from BK both rated highly , flip a coin !

Hi Greg

Give my Trainer a buzz, Pm me for his details, very helpful, and experienced, at a fraction of the price off the surf schools... He just loves the sport and not the $.

I would say get 2 -3 hr lessons,

Cheers
Have fun

Lets just say that the Brisbane area is very competitive for your business, and I'd like to lock this topic before it gets out of control (some posts already removed)

Amongst the ones listed here, there's a whole list here:

Ozpol - welcome to kiting, and sorry to lock one of your first posts (it's rare we lock things) - it seems to have touched a nerve with some of the shops in your area - the shops are great, the sport is great, and there's heaps of tips to help you get started & stay safe here: Check out the Newbies forum as well...
