Hey all,
I'm an unfit 85kg guy that can kite basically well, safely, on a twinnie or strapless board and I'm.heading to Augusta this long weekend till Monday for the long haul back to Perth.

Winds are forecast 15-20kn sse on the Saturday and I've an old switchblade 8m and a 12m vector. I just wanna take one kite and one board.

Any suggestions?

8m and the surfboard. hit the ocean side.

should be stronger than that forecast shows. solid 25 hopefully for you.

if you can take the twinnie do it also, just in case your 8 maxes out...

Launch on the dog beach along Albany terrace. It's easy to get out as its pretty flat water, just watch out for the shallow rocks and reef as you head out. Once you get several hundred metres out its pretty much sandy banks.
