The Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) has a stronger impact on the wind/weather in Perth compared to El Nino.
Either way, it looks like we will have both El Nino and a positive IOD this summer.

Anytime the temps are above 35c the chances of getting decent sea breezes are quite slim. It's possible that will we see many heatwaves this summer, starting from November and going until the end of February.
That being said, outside of heatwaves events, I believe we will see quite strong and regular sea breezes (stronger breezes compared to the past 3 La Nina seasons).
