Check the general forums under topic lessons in Exmouth. There seem to be a few either there now or on there way. Sandy bay or graveyards are also pretty safe bets to find kiters but if your still not 100% on going up wind maybe try boggy bay

Try graveyards, normally have either a kite or two or a windsurfer there, just dont lose your ground down wind the rocks on the beach arn't friendly
