Hey i am just getting into riding, i am at the stage where i am just up and riding..... sometimes =] i live in freo and normally go to woodies although it seems to be getting super crowded there lately... Would be keen to drive for a kite if anyone knows some other good spots..

head down to leighton, there are a good bunch of us down there and it would be a darn site easier getting to leighton than woodies from freo

Leighton is a good spot, really nice group of people down there. i live in fremantle as well and Leighton is a lot closer than woodies, did you say you were keen for a kiting buddy?

If you wanted to kite with other girls theres a crew on here that go out, quick search through the forum posts you could find the contact details.

sounds like leighton is the go then, thanks. Yeah i am looking for someone to go with regularly doesn't matter if they are a girl or guy as long a the guy isn't seedy... =]

fair enough well I'm almost 16 and and try to go as often as possible and wouldn't mind going with someone else that kites, have you been kiting at Leighton before?

The group is WACK - WA chick kiters network (check out the WAKSA homepage and there is a link on the side). They have a get together once a month, which happens to be this Sunday down at Coogee. There also on facebook. As for someone to kite with, I'd be keen :). I'm still a bit dodgy on the board and am also looking for people to kite with . . . .

Im always keen to have someone give me motivation to get out on the water, i live north of city but dont mind a drive... let me know if you ever wanna go out :)

thanks liana i sent WACK an email... i think i will head out for a kite tom not sure where but prob woodies as it is close =] i'm only just getting on the board so you sound like you are at the same stage... if you want to catch up let me know

speaking of seedy....if you could be japanese then 'Idiot' from WA is looking for a kite surf partner. Check out the posts in kitesurfing general -topic- one way to get a G/F
