I've been in Perth since mid-Nov and ocean kiting on every possible wind day. Been a pretty good season. Seems like the wind has gone away though. Haven't been out in southwesterlies for at least a week or more.

I'm planning to move on soon, but was wondering, from a locals perspective, whether there's likely to be many more good SW days? How long does the season usually string out until?

Whaddya think?

Thx

Its on the way out now, by the end of march we wont see much of the old seabreeze anymore just have to wait for the dodgy frontal winds of winter make the most of it while you can.

Great attitude there NoBS. I wonder how your attitude will be when you head for a kiting trip somewhere and someone pulls the same, "locals only" BS attitude on you. It's jerks like you that are spoiling the sport. Contrary to your moniker, it seems you are actually FULL of BS.
