I'm an italian kiter and in September i'm going to Perth to improve my english and to kite.

I've the WHV and after the course of english i'm looking for a work (any work, i haven't problem), i hope near the beach, and i kite every day.

Do you know a good english school and what's the best spot in Perth for an NO expert kiter?
