For anyone coming to kitestock 2012 please be advised that the Brand Hwy was closed on Wednesday the 25th due to a fire 20k's south of Dongara. Traffic was being detoured from from both the Indian Ocean drive and the Brand Hwy inland. This is adding significantly to some people's journey so it would be worth checking with mains roads before setting off and maybe taking an alternative route if still closed.
