I was havin wet dreams about work being close to Leighton (from Bayswater, live in Trigg) after an awesome session there last yr and never been nack.

I was out yesterday and see it for what it is now..choppy and gusty, Pinnaroo craps all over it.. Wo is me..or maybe Im just spoilt for spending the last two weeks up North..I'll come back to earth soon

Is there any better beaches close by, South Beach....Woodies is a bit of a mission as its goin the opposite direction. Is Cottesloe any better if i cross all my ts and dot my i's?

I agree... haven't had a good session there since that building's gone up... it's definitely done something to the wind there...

the quality of the water has definately gone downhill since the dredger has started up . I would be wary of surfing on any northern beach from now on . Port beach water was very cloudy on saturday when it was like glass . sth mole/nth mole is shocking with a line where the silt is slowly moving out of the river mouth .

Looks like i am going to stick to melville after work and safety bay on weekends
