Just putting it out there I have a son heading over to Margs for the Wave Nationals and was looking for advice on good accommodation near the event, walking distance preferably, hard getting a hire car for a youngster

Hi.surfers point resort v nearby is the most economical and accessible
There's a bus service also r.e no car
The campsite there was always very cheap but since things like this started going there they triple the price sadly which is a biproduct problem of it ...
Would definitely recommend surferpoint resort. A friends a chef there too
