Guys I have been kitesurfing for 3 years now on a North EVo 8m. never tried another kite. This year and went and bought a 2012 Obsession with a 2010 bar.. i hate the bar because the safty mechanisim sucks on it. wana know if i can use my North bar with this kite.

Had an 2013 obsession and did not like the bar either so set up my slingshot bar for the kite, it worked. But as the mnf ses fly a kite with the bar it is designed for as this will allow the maximum performance out of the kite.
