Hi frothers.
We're looking like all go for the first round of Safety Bay Yacht Clubs twin tip slalom racing tomorrow Sunday the 19th.
Come down and give basic grass roots downwind slalom racing a go.
$20 for the day which covers the racing and insurance and cheap drinks at the bar after.
It's always a fun day with no special kit (helmet and buoyancy/impact vest are needed but a few available on the day) required. We're all just kiters on our nor.al twin tips and inflatable kites (no foil kites I'm afraid).
Normally 3 or 4 races going around a 5 leg downwind course.
Racing scheduled for an estimated 2pm start with sign in at SBYC from 12.30 onwards
