in 2018, this petition was a winner:"24-7 fees at a popular riverside carpark in Crawley have sparked fears the City of Perth is testing the water for all-day charges along the Swan River.

Yesterday, 5th LE bladder blown out in the last 3 mnths. The kiter found a bindii on the ripped dacron. LE was just by sitting on the dry grass. Duotone kite this time, 2 years old.

Pls be extra carefull at Peli, bindii is everywhere.

I'm sure the maintenance is needed but this kite came to me for repair yesterday and damage was a fault due to poor reinforcement at outer bridle point. It's very common on the evos and was not due to a Bindi on the lawn.
