Hi,

I'm yet another person new to this sport, i'm only just getting upright on the board.
I was just wondering why woodman point seems so crowded but the beach between woodies and coogee jetty are almost empty. Is there anything wrong with this area? This is where i've been practicing so far.

Also, what other beaches are OK between freo and rockingham. I don't want to be bumping into people and causing a **** while i'm still learning.

Having just stepped in the door after getting back from my WA holiday, i can say i had one of the best weeks ever kiting Safety Beach and that bit just round the corner by Penguin Island.

Best session ever was near dusk on 'the pond' at Safety Bay with the wind at ~13-18 knots and no one else around! I don't get why everyone goes home at ~6pm if the wind keeps cranking till after dark.

PS. Cheers to all the Safety Bay crew for being so friendly. Some great style and crazy boosting considering how shallow the water in the pond is!
