Hi, looking to drive up to Perth early November and was wondering if anyone could recommend any camping grounds/caravan parks near the pond? Thanks in advance

It would be a good spot considering any normal person wouldn't be able to ride more than two days in a row at the pond in summer without losing their **** on some Euro twat. Woodies is close by. Stop in and say g'day to the crew.

just head a kilometre round the corner to penguin island , unless you are specifically after super flat water

Just do what the Euro "twats" do and just camp where you park to go sailing for the day.

I knew this topic would turn to euro's hahaha. Yeah heading up for the super flat water and before the pond gets too packed. Looking to hook up with the local crew as my mates aren't coming up for for a few more weeks after me. We're renting a house for 2 weeks but will need to find some cheap accom the rest of the time I'm there

By driving up to Perth where are you coming from?? if it's via the sou west then why not camp at Augusta & kite the butter smooth water there until your mates arrive. There's a couple of good camp grounds, i've only stayed at Turner street & recommend it.

And lets not forget people who park in disabled spots...

I distinctivley remember some Kiwi minger doing it regularly in her Delica at Woodmans a few seasons back.

After I spoke with her and listened to utter nonsense ... I understood why she needed to park there.
