The ever expanding crew took to the dirt for their monthly blast in open space. A bit too blowy for the beginners but a good time had by all nonetheless.

Yes we had a great turn out for the Perth Blokart club on Sunday,out numbered the host club by half a dozen yachts
We have fourteen karts in our club now and they all turned up to sail at Safety Bay because it is a great spot to wind the yachts up to their full potential.
We have decided to make Safety Bay a regular event , sailing there the last week of each month.

Hi Bazl and Andy B, love to see the sport going so well for you guys in windy WA. Tell me where this great looking area is located so I can Google Earth it and see for myself. The Belmont Park carpark looks a top race track too, is it under lights for night sailing?
For us over here in Brisbane we had a good day/night track but it was surrounded by buildings and no longer any use. Red Beach at Bribie is our closest user friendly area when the tides and winds are right.
It goes a long way for encouarging people to the sport when they have a common area to meet and sail in without being harrassed by the fun police.
