Our local mower shop has the same type of wheels with ribbed tread tyres for $35 ea.
When I asked if they could supply tyres alone they said no. I think the tyres and tubes might cost just as much but nobody seems to able to scource them.

tyres and tubes can be bought from Mullins Wheels for about $16.00 for ribbed tyre and tube.
I think Mullins Wheels have branches Australia wide.
