Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys could help me with your expertise on making land yachts, I am planing to make my first on that isn't to expensive but is still really fast. I have been yacht sailing for 5 years now but winter is cold and I don't want to get wet. I would love to hear of designs or links that you send me to help me get into this sport.
I look forward to hearing from you guys.

Where you have to sail will influence you a lot with landyacht design. A Lefroy Mini will do just fine in a carpark or open saltlake, and is a great starter build. When I get mine out I commonly do 50+ kmh, a lot faster than it sounds when you butt is 4" off the ground and lying down

Finding sails and masts is the biggest issue, another selling point for the mini due to the availability of windsurf mast and sails.
