suit my disability. Although arms hang from shoulders they do not have load

bearing attributes, only constant pain is reduced. Little overweight 142kg so doc

has put me on liquid diet only. She is trying to make a new man of me. will keep

you informed. Hopefully all good to go Lefroy Oct........

Best of British to you on your RAH sojourn. Crashes and general bad behavior comes back at us older Farts in later age. Bits start going awry, dropping off and seizing up etc. You need a Real Habit-----------Single Malts is a good one.

My biggest problem it seems is de dagging the rear end left handed, which I

have stsrted to practice,. Not as easy as it seems, being naturaly leaning to the

right, if ya get my drift. under the direction of my serious dr my liquid diet

opti fast have had my first 3 meals , seems to be going ok. There may be other

landy's that could bennifit from my running a commentery on this as she goes.

I will try not to bore you all so dont read it if you just dont want to know

you will see it all soon rickowatsy....dont see you post anything on landyachting,

many blokes are carrying a few too many kilos, shedding them may increase their

enjoyment and increase thier life expectancy. Real men do speak up, you always

have the option of the red thumb. [}:)]

What is this Sniping Crap??? Bullet Bounce if you don't like socializing (Which is a natural Part of being Human) Go find somewhere else to snipe, like a Rifle Range..

The man is only sharing another side of what it is to be human.. Go for it Gibberjoe.. I shared my Heart Opp' with you guys and so I shall read what you have to tell us.. Talk to your Dr and tell her that Byetta and similar surgery may be another way of losing 10Kg over night.

From the Stand Point of what this has to do with Land Yachting and building Land Yachts.. If the Sport is your volition then your health has everything to do with it.. Sick Puppies don't get to sail..

Given that we are caring and sharing I have flatulence problem and don't get me started on the mrs health issues.
If we are going to share wellness topics how about some BBQ recipes, what shampoo makes you hair the softest or the best value vitamins?

probably putting my foot in it- but have richochet and wheelnut ever posted landyachting stuff like tips on construction, places they have found to sail at, photos of thier landyachts, events they have attended?

Nikrum and Gibberjoe might carry on like old chooks every now and then- but at least they contribute to the forum.

Fair enuf maybe not posted on construction of a Landyacht but this is a Landsailing forum and a construction section not health and wellbeing

You assume I care about "gb's" and Nickrums health, big call that!
Go join a touchy feel good forum or tell someone who cares forum I dont want to read running daily reports on "gb's" abililitys to wipe his bum!!
Lookin fourward to seein Richochet's haemoroid pictures should be a real load of fun

Off now thinkin of joining the Mums and Bubs forum they might care about my flatulance problems.

Hey! Wheelnut,
Seeing as you bought up the subject.. I minds the time one Midnight Story I was woken by a pain in the abdomen. It was only a little fart but very hot and moist[}:)] JJ was cuddled down face in the blankets sound asleep. Suddenly there was a great Huffing and Puffing and a YOU FILTHY Bas****!!!! Do that again and you can*#%@&&*%. No matter how much I apologized I couldn't stop Laughing. Such a little puff to cause such Pandemonium..[}:)]..

Body functions are hilarious if not a little diabolical. HEY!! Formidable

Hi everyone. Just moved this thread to the general section as I see it fits better. Just a reminder to everyone that your free to speak about what you wish (better if landyacht related), in the manner you wish, but to keep it within the bounds of the forum rules and good manners please.

Dieting...more destruction than construction anyway

Honestly I find these little deviations quite interesting....for instance, it seems that most land yachters have launched themselves into the scenery from a motorbike at some point. A lot have had some involvement in motor sport in their past....

Good to hear you've shed a few (more than a few actually) unwanted kg's. Every little bit helps and don't be too hard on yourself if you don't loose as much every time you jump on the scales

GJ go have By Pass Surgery guaranteed 10kg over night
Seriously though Do not try to lose it quickly as that is guaranteed to come back just as quickly. Slowly and steadily as you need to shrink your gut as well (Large Intestine) Currently I am using n injection for my Diabetics, Byetta.. You'd love it as it slows you precessing down and you feel full quickly. Hence weight loss ..
Anyway Keep at it and the excess KGs will go..And for the This is not about Land Yachting I say "BS extra kgs + Slower speeds therefore Weight Loss + Faster speeds and so a better likelihood of winning races" so Big Raspberries to you "BLLLLLRRRRRTTTTs"
