Thought I might share some interesting info received the local Council today. I doubt it has anything to do with landsailing but interesting nonetheless.
It seems there is an
Anzac Day Act 1960 which has a couple of interesting clauses, especially since Anzac Day is on a Saturday this year.
Firstly, any sporting body which requires spectators to pay an admission fee (or request a donation) is obliged to contribute 60% of the gate takings to the RSL.

Secondly, the said sporting event should not commence before 1pm.
Somehow I think this legislation is not strictly enforced!
