Gidday Gizmo,
That's sweet, but rises some questions, what is their blue dollar price, have you heard from Paul when the Lake Lefroy edition will be available.. Where did the find the wheels
Ive slowed up with some cost over-runs in the brake department at the moment, and things have lost at least a month, which is a real bugger as i was hoping for some testing this side of xmas, frustrating, but we will get there.
Much better to get right in the production than on the expedition 2010. I could do a couple of photo posts, but it will make more sense to hold and make it worthwhile. I have had to cut back on the ultimate wish and therefore the unaffordable, to the aussie bush, she'll do mate, version. Bugger, Bugger, Bugger. catch you all later.

Nice little design project Would love to have a go at some luxury landsailing sometime in the future, if only the wind blew all the time and everywhere they might sell.

Unfortunately just ones and zeros at the moment Hills.

Bloody hell Brian, you are at it again. First a Merc and now a Beemer.

What does Mrs Duck really want? Maybach, Roller, Ferrari or Porche??

I notice the Beemer's speedo maxes out at 420kmh!! Oooohhh!!

Heres another concept design that looks interesting (albeit not currently practical).

A quote from the website...

The idea is a good one except for one glaring problem. One that someone like me, who lives in Wyoming, can appreciate: wind. A good wind would pick this thing up and send it flying across the landscape on its solar wings like a grocery sack.

As the saying goes 'one mans trash is anothers treasure' . The concept was incorrectly advertised on a couple of sites as a wind powered (or assisted) vehicle; hence why I added it here. Hope you dont mind Gizmo.

Anyone seen gas or electric vehicles with wind assistance?

Cisco, Mrs Duck would be really happy with a new red "Ford Fiesta", its on my list for Xmas but would be prepared to compromise by having "exclusive rights" to the carport in my old white Ford Laser! No fancy expectations in our house

Well the "Fiesta" is probably a possible but that "exclusive rights" thing is asking a bit much don't you think?
